  1. Returns for Store Credit Only: We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  2. One-Time Size Exchange: If you need a different size, we offer one complimentary size exchange per item. Please contact us via live chat or email within 30 days of purchase to initiate your exchange.

  3. How to Initiate a Return: All return and exchange requests must be submitted through live chat or via email at info@nextoccasions.com. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

  4. Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the item description before purchasing.

  5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless it’s a defective item.
